Step 2. Once your assets are secured, I will keep track of them to make sure they maintain their strength for enforcement purposes. I’ll also monitor the market, trends and your competitors’ activities to keep you updated and ensure your IP isn’t being misused.

Step 3. I help you manage your IP by providing a fit for purpose protection strategy to cover all manner of IP including, trademarks, copyrights, patents, design rights, & domains.

Step 4. When your assets are being used without authorisation, I will advise you on your enforcement action options.
