It doesn’t matter where you are in the world, if you have questions about your brand and how best to protect it, please reach out for a Zoom consultation.
Work
I advise on broad intellectual property matters including copyrights, trademarks, designs, and patents. Having worked across a global IP portfolio, I have a high level grasp of multi-jurisdictional IP issues which enables me to provide advice which serves your growing business. Since IP is jurisdictional by nature and you can’t take a “one size fits all” approach, you’ll want to take some early advice to make sure you’re covering all the bases.
I offer searching, filing, watching, maintenance and enforcement services. If you have any questions about protecting your creations and are looking for digestable and practical legal advice, get in touch for an informal chat.
Why Me?
I am a lawyer qualified in England & Wales with over 12 years’ experience in top London law firms as well as in-house at big corporates. My experience spans media disputes, privacy and reputation management and most recently, intellectual property (legal), brand protection, security, strategy, risk assessment and mitigation. Having worked in world renowned global brands like Discovery Inc. and Meta (formerly Facebook) and across media, entertainment, sport and lifestyle/luxury sectors, I can provide you with a unique and commercially focused service across broad IP matters including copyrights, trademarks, patents, designs and domains.
Having managed global IP portfolios and over 200 local IP counsel, I have a great network of local lawyers as well as a high level knowledge and experience of international IP matters. Specifically, my experience at the UKIPO, EUIPO, USPTO and WIPO serve clients with growing businesses well.
If you have a product business and require additional advice on risk management (ISO 31000), global supply chain, information security management systems (ISO 27001) and the like, I can also assist with this.
